A note on how these figures are measured: each plan’s Total is its A/C (air-conditioned interior) area plus its outdoor space — a balcony or terrace, depending on the residence line. Per the developer’s own plans, dimensions are measured to the exterior building walls and to the centerline of interior walls shared between units, and may differ slightly from the legal unit description in the condominium declaration. All figures are approximate and, like any pre-construction-era plan set, remain subject to as-built variation — confirm exact square footage for a specific residence before relying on it.
