Sabbia Beach Resales, 2025 to 2026

Four resales at Sabbia Beach are on the public record since July 2025, from $1,840,000 for a two-bedroom Lower Penthouse on the 18th floor to $5,150,000 for a four-bedroom Terrace Residence on the 4th floor. Measured against interior area, that is roughly $1,045 to $1,373 a square foot.

The fourth-floor Terrace Residences have led on both price and price per square foot. The two most recent closings, #404 in February and #402 in January, are both Terrazza plans, and each comes with a private terrace of roughly 3,750 to 3,900 square feet, the largest outdoor spaces in the building. On the oceanfront, that much private outdoor space commands a clear premium.

Higher in the tower, a Capri residence on the 8th floor and a Lower Penthouse on the 18th closed at about $1,117 and $1,045 a square foot, so the balcony residences above the Terrace level remain the more accessible way into the building. The full resale record, with a floor plan link for each residence, is on the Listings page.

Residence #404 Closed at $5,150,000

The highest confirmed resale at Sabbia Beach is also its most recent: Residence #404 closed in February 2026 at $5,150,000.

#404 is a Terrazza D residence, the largest plan on the Terrace level, with four bedrooms plus a den, four and a half baths and a private terrace of roughly 3,900 square feet. That terrace is nearly the size of the home itself, and it is a big part of why the fourth floor has set the pace for prices in the building. See the Terrazza D plan, or watch the video tour of #404.

How Sabbia Beach Came Together

Sabbia Beach was developed by Fernbrook Florida, LLLP, a partnership between Danny and Joseph Salvatore of Toronto’s Fernbrook Homes and Federico Fernandez of Grupo Fernandez. Arquitectonica designed the nineteen-story tower, with a facade of undulating terraces that softens its profile from the beach. ArquitectonicaGEO designed the landscape and dunes, and Verdex Construction of West Palm Beach built it. The building was delivered in 2019.

Today Sabbia Beach is an established resale address: sixty-eight residences on roughly 200 feet of private beach between the Hillsboro Lighthouse and the Pompano Beach Pier. That is what this page follows, from closed sales and pricing to building news along this stretch of the oceanfront.
